Trademark Portfolio Management

Create this simple iSheets solution to keep track of your trademark portfolio and set reminders for trademark renewal so you never miss a renewal deadline again. Host all of your trademark information in one simple database which can be accessed by you and your clients if required. Here you can gain a snapshot view of information such as trademark number; jurisdiction; classes; IPO representative information, and trademark status alongside the device (either text or image) for easy reference.

Easily filter trademark information by certain criteria (i.e., trademark renewal date) to quickly gain a view and comparison of specific data you need relating to one or more trademarks.

Quickly update the status of each trademark application (application received; pre-publication; examination; application published; registered) so that your client can quickly see which stage their application is at. Clients can even set up email alerts so they receive notifications each time you change the application status of one of their trademarks.

Similarly, set up email alerts to notify you in advance of trademark renewal dates (this feature is available from Collaborate 3.3) to ensure you don’t miss application deadlines.
