Tender review
The tender review solution in HighQ Collaborate (using the iSheets and Files modules) is useful for simplifying both the tender management and tender application processes.
For tender management (where you’re acting on behalf of a client looking for bidders) you can use iSheets to prepare a scope of work and prepare the tender documentation and attachments (such as technical specifications and product scope).
The File sharing module in Collaborate makes it easy to control multiple bidders, with the capacity to set permissions for people accessing the site and reviewing documents.
Any ancillary documents (such as health and safety, environmental or diversity policy documents) can be easily uploaded and stored in the Files module for easy access by any relevant parties at any stage in the tender process.

It’s possible to use the iSheets module to create tender submission forms for bidders. This means all submitted tenders will be automatically added to an iSheet database where you can compare and review submissions.
You can even use iSheets to evaluate bids as they come in. For instance, once you have people bidding for work using your iSheets form, you can set up various criteria to see who is complying with certain requirements and who isn’t. You can set up email alerts to let you know when a bid comes in from someone who meets a set of requirements, and you can use the filtering tools to evaluate the bids once they’ve come in.
What is particularly useful about this solution is the fact that your clients can access this information too at any point during the tender process to see the calibre of bids coming in and alert you to any that catch their eye. It’s important to note that all data is viewable by you, the firm, but you can permission it down to a document level so each item can be protected from access by anyone if necessary.
For tender applications (where you’re acting on behalf of a bidder), iSheets can be used to create a tender review process. Store documentation for the tender process in the Files module for easy reference with access from anywhere on any device. Upload and share data related to the bid internally in Collaborate and use iSheets to check various revisions of the tenders to see if you need to take other things into account.
Perform analysis on the contract and report internally on the key issues and red-flag those that that need attention. Share data among legal, operational and financial parties who can each work collaboratively on the same data within one master report. It is easy to filter data and export information to MS Excel (or Word with our document automation premium add-on), or even to your client’s report format.
