Claims management
The iSheets module in HighQ Collaborate can be used as a multi-national claims management solution. Simply set up an iSheet to monitor and share information about all of the claims made in jurisdictions across the company and allow internal legal teams, insurers and professional advisors access to this information easily and securely.

Using the claims management solution, you can monitor the aggregate value of all the claims against a company enabling you to keep an eye on this number as it is a potential loss to the company. Storing this information in iSheets also means you have instant access to historic claims, saving you the pain of requesting archived information for closed cases.
You can also store all documentation for each individual case in one place adding comprehensive metadata to allow you to search related claims (for instance to check against multiple claims by one person); filter and report by different criteria (such as jurisdiction, product type, type of claim); and set permissions for access down to individual document level to ensure the security of the data.
Filter and export reports to Microsoft Excel (or Word with our document automation premium add-on) to save time and hassle.
