Real Estate Portfolio Management
The iSheets real estate portfolio management solution is a platform where you can host all of the information about your properties (or a client’s properties) in one place.
No more wasting time opening up documents to see key information; with iSheets you are able to get an at-a-glance view of the information associated with all your properties in one place without having to hunt through files and folders for a specific detail about each property.

Use metadata to include general details about the property such as address; square footage; ownership/tenant details; lease expiry date; and an image of the property. Include financial information, such as rent per month per annum; acquisition price; original debt; original equity; and original LTV.
Simply attach original documentation associated with each property, such as land registry; water and drainage; property deed; lease agreement; and loan agreement for easy access.

When you input your property details into the iSheet it is displayed in a snapshot view. You can filter this information, sorting the properties by different criteria (i.e., financials) to allow for easy comparisons and quick access to specific data. Documents associated with each property can be added into the iSheet so all documentation relating to a single property can be accessed directly in one place.

If you’re managing a property portfolio on behalf of a client, you can also allow your client access to view the iSheet so they can monitor this information at their convenience.
