Contract management
Finding one contract among thousands is a challenge, even when they are properly filed and stored. More than likely, various contracts exist in folders across your document management system (or worse, shared drives). You can’t simply flick through and find the one you need at a glance.
More often than not, you have to hunt through folders, perform lengthy word-level document searches across all folders, and ask various colleagues before you find the contract you need.
Imagine being able to manage all of your contracts in one place, storing them and capturing all the relevant information within the document in the form of metadata that is filterable with one click.
Using HighQ Collaborate’s custom contract management solution, you can add snapshot metadata to each contract as it is uploaded to the platform.

Capture key elements of each contract which will be used to filter and search contracts without having to perform word searches or open individual documents.

In iSheets, metadata is fully customisable so you can capture any type of information that you need, for instance contract type, counterparty, contract value, contract end date, risk factor, and so on.
This way, you can decide what metadata to retrieve on a matter by matter basis.
Different departments and practice groups would be more interested in certain elements of metadata than others, so it is easy to add custom fields when uploading new contracts or editing existing contract metadata.
