Virtual PA
Imagine you’re on a business trip, stuck in traffic in the back of a cab on your way from one client meeting to the next. Instead of worrying about wasted time, you make use of these spare moments by submitting your expenses, managing your calendar, and reviewing your meeting documentation all on one platform accessible on your iPad.
It may sound like a fantasy, but it is possible with a custom-built iSheets solution in HighQ Collaborate.
The Virtual PA application is a secure online space where you can manage your itinerary and documentation while you are away from the office. It provides a portal to the office where you can access your personal calendar, and submit expenses or meeting notes. All of this information is accessible in real time by you (on your device) and your PA (in the office) eliminating the need for email.
Keeping on top of your documentation while you’re away means you can get straight on with work when you’re back in the office rather than having to go through all your paperwork with your PA when you return.
The customisable home page is your directory to all of the information you need, including calendars, maps, personal documents and external links (such as flight check in). Before you travel, your PA can ensure that all of the relevant information is included in your home page.
Custom electronic forms designed around your expenses process (including built-in budget codes) make it simple to manage your expenses while you’re away, instead of having to spend your first day back in the office sorting your receipts and filling in spreadsheets.
Use your tablet or mobile’s camera to photograph business cards and receipts as you get them. Virtual PA automatically uploads them so they’re accessible by your PA back at the office.
